Great Resource

A great blend of biomechanics and practical application that anyone can follow. The sample program and accessory exercises are great. As a strength and conditioning coach myself, I use these same strategies with my athletes and have seen great result.

Great resource for anyone wanting to improve their deadlift. NOT just for beginners wanting to figure out how to get the more impressive weights up, but also those of us that are experienced.
As a coach myself who has changed focus and needs to look to others for the finer points on improving my own lifts and those of my clients, Eric's guide has been brilliant in helping me and a number of my clients explode our lifts up of the last few weeks.
Definitely recommend.
